使用托槽粘结技术在初次粘结正畸托槽时,常发生位置不当或脱落的情形,采用激光清洗的新型清洗技术对脱落正畸托槽进行再次利用能够有效减少资源浪费,减轻患者负担。分别使用光纤激光器和KrF准分子激光对脱落金属正畸托槽进行了不同工艺参数条件的辐照实验。实验发现,光纤激光由于其热效应较为明显,托槽清洗效果不太理想;而短脉冲紫外准分子激光,由于其对物质的作用更偏向于光分解反应,热效应较小,能在最大限度不损伤托槽底板的情况下获得高质量的去除效果。研究得出了准分子激光对光固化的丙烯酸类粘结剂的最低去除阈值和完全去除托槽底板残余粘结剂的优化工艺条件。
Orthodontic brackets are usually placed in inappropriate position and shed off frequently when initial bonded in clinical practice. Using laser cleaning technology to reuse brackets for re-bonding can effectively reduce the waste of resources, and reduce the burden on patients. In this article, two types of lasers, including fiber laser and KrF excimer laser, are used to study the cleaning process parameters on shed orthodontic brackets. Due to the infrared laser's large wavelength, the thermal effect was obvious in the removal of the binder with fiber laser, which led to an unsatisfactory result. However, KrF excimer laser, which has ultraviolet wavelength and nanosecond pulses, is more likely to ablate materials in optical decomposition way other than thermal effects. Hence it is expected to minimal the loss of the bracket surface under the premise of the removal to receive high recycling quality. The study derives the minimum removal threshold of light-cured acrylic binder and the complete removal process parameters in KrF excimer laser experimental condition.
