分析了弧齿锥齿轮啮合过程中轮齿的相对滑动速度和齿面摩擦因素以及摩擦热流的计算方法,建立了轮齿稳态本体温度场的有限元模型.通过具体实例,计算了弧齿锥齿轮稳态本体温度场分布,分析了本体温度场对转速、载荷和润滑油温度的敏感性.研究结果对改善弧齿锥齿轮的传动性能和润滑状况有一定的指导意义.
The relative sliding velocity, the coefficient of friction and frictional heat flux between contact tooth flanks are calculated. The 3-D finite element model of gear tooth of spiral bevel gear is built. Base on the finite element model, the steady bulk temperature of spiral bevel gear is calculated, and the sensitivity of the steady bulk temperature to speed, load and oil inlet temperature are analyzed. The results are significant in improving the transmission properties and lubrication conditions of spiral bevel gear.
