International innovation is becoming the mainstream model of open innovation.During the knowledge transferring process,different dimensions of the property risk and controllability are different.With the emerging of some new features,the operation of the intellectual property is changed from exclusive to a win-win situation.Enterprises should start from partner selection,contract design,system improve and other aspects.At the same time,at different stages of knowledge transfer in the environment of open innovation,enterprises should take various measures to control and risk sharing,then to achieve the best gains of knowledge transfer.
