以提取物中绿原酸得率为考察指标,以高效液相色谱法为检测手段,设计正交试验,优化山银花中绿原酸的水提、醇提工艺.结果表明以绿原酸得率为指标的最佳提取工艺为:溶剂为70%乙醇,料液比为1∶10,提取时间1.5h,提取温度为90℃,提取次数2次.本文建立的方法操作简便,重复性好,绿原酸收率高.
This experiment was aimed to optimize the water and alcohol extraction process of chlorogenic acid from Lonicera confusa. Yield of ehlorogenie acid was investigated by HPLC assay with orthogonal test. The results showed that :the optimum extraction condition was: 70% ethanol as solvent,solidliquid ratio of 1: 10, extraction for 1.5h, extraction temperature at 90 ℃, extracting twice. This method is convenient in operating. It is reproducible and has fairly high yield of ehlorogenie acid.
