目的研究SH3GL2基因的表达改变与人脑胶质瘤之间的相关性。方法选择42例人脑胶质瘤和26例正常人脑组织标本,应用荧光定量PCR和Western blot方法检测标本中SH3GL2基因mRNA和蛋白的表达情况。结果与正常脑组织标本相比,SH3GL2基因在人脑胶质瘤组织标本中的mRNA和蛋白的表达存在明显下调,结果具有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论SH3GL2基因的表达改变与人脑胶质瘤相关,是一个新的候选的肿瘤抑制基因。
Objective To study the relationship of the expression changes of SH3GL2 gene in human glioma.Methods 42 cases of human brain gliomas and 26 cases of normal human brain tissues were selected to detect the expression of mRNA and protein by fluorescent quantitation PCR and Western blot.Results Compared with normal human brain tissues,the expression of SH3GL2 mRNA and protein presented an obvious descending in human brain gliomas,there was an statistic difference between them(P〈0.05).Conclusions There is a relationship between the expression changes of SH3GL2 gene with human brain glioma,SH3GL2 gene is a novel candidate tumor suppressor gene.
