The bas ic condition, main fertility index and technical requirements such as yield structure, sowing , technical measures and harvest for the water saving cultivation of winter wheat with yield of 9 000 kg/hm2 were introduced in the Technical Specification for Water Saving Cultivation of Winter Wheat with Yield of 600 kg per Mu （Number：B13015-2015）. It provided technical support for high yield and water saving cultivation of wheat.
