教师的职业倦怠是指教师不能应对环境变迁和学校工作新要求时的一种极端反应,是教师伴随教育教学工作中的长期压力体验而出现的生理、情绪和情感的耗竭状态,本文分析高职校德育教师职业倦怠的表现、危害及产生原因,提出解决高职校德育教师职业倦怠问题的对策与建议:一是加强心理词适,培养健康人格,二是调整期望目标,缓解工作压力,三是健全组织保障,激发工作热情,四是优化环境支持,营造良好氛围。
Teachers' vocational fatigue is an extreme reaction when teachers can not adapt to the changes of working environment and the new demand of the work which is a state of physical, emotional and affectionaI exhaustion occurring with long-term experience of pressure. This paper analyzes its exhibition, harm and cause, and puts forward strategies and suggestions to solve the problem. Firstly, psychology should be adjusted and healthy personality should be nurtured. Secondly, expectation should be adapted and pressure should be slackened. Thirdly, organization should be perfected and passion to work should be encouraged. Fourthly, working environment should be optimized and a good atmosphere should be evoked.
