针对设备驱动的综合调度算法没有考虑工序的结束时间,以及其同设备加工的下一道不可调度工序的开始时间形成该设备的空闲时间段可缩短的调度优化问题,提出了设备空闲时间段调整的设备驱动综合调度算法.该算法为使空闲设备即将加工的不可调度工序提前加工,缩短了设备闲置等待时间,提出该不可调度工序的最短加工路径,通过优先加工该路径上工序,使其紧前工序尽早加工完成.实例验证该算法可以有效缩短设备空闲等待时间,提高设备利用率.
To solve the problem that general integrated scheduling algorithm based on machinedriven ignored the idle time of the machine due to the time difference between the end time of the process and the start time of the non-schedulable process,a machine-driven integrated scheduling algorithm with equipment'idle adjustment was presented.In order to operate the nonschedulable process in advance and reduce the waiting time of equipment'idle,a shortest path for the non-scheduling process was developed,making the processes in the path be operated firstly and the precedence activities be completed as soon as possible.Results show that,the proposed algorithm can make waiting time shorten effectively and improve equipment utilization.
