针对加热炉优化控制中大回路反馈补偿存在延迟,不能及时反应工况变化的特点,提出一种基于前馈补偿的加热炉炉温设定值的动态优化控制策略。将加热炉的各个炉段看作串联的子系统,考虑各子系统之间的相互影响,将前一环节的出口处钢坯平均温度与理想值的偏差作为前馈信号对其后各段炉温的设定值进行动态补偿,若偏差较大则对各段出口处铜温期望值进行协调。仿真结果表明,该控制策略效果良好,既节约了能源又提高了产品质量。
To the defects of existed methods for furnace temperature setting, an improved strategy of dynamical optimization for furnace temperature is proposed based on the feed forward compensation. The furnace is regarded as a cascade system, and influence of each zone is taken into account, The error between steel temperature and desired value at the exit of each zone is used to dynamically compensate for set-point of the zones following, The desired values of the following zones are adjusted if the error becomes large, The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy is effective.
