The definition and classification of vegetation ecological concrete were introduced at first, and also its current situation of application. Then, according to the summary of previous studies on preparation methods, including the proportioning design, mixing, molding and curing method, the key factors of each process needed to be mastered were presented. After that, the evaluation index which could quantitative measure the performance of vegetation ecological concrete was proposed, and the influencing factors and the test method based on that were discussed. At last, the future development direction of vegetation ecological concrete was pointed out.
