英文摘要：

The results of strong approximation is seldom, because it is an important and complicate reasearch area in approximation theory. The problem considered here was a kind of bivariate function of continuous and had a period of 2π, the estimation of bivariate trigonometric interpolation sequences was （p, q）-th strongly approximation for every positive real number r, the positive theorem and optimal approximation order was arrived. Therefore some conclusions became a special cases of the result of present paper.
