采用多轴同步伺服驱动技术替代传统机械传动技术是复杂包装机械的一个发展趋势,针对包装过程中执行端高速往复的运动要求,提出了一种利用电子凸轮驱动多杆机构的设计方法。重点论述了电子凸轮的曲线规划方法,采用NURBS曲线方法建立凸轮运动的数学模型,得到平滑的凸轮运动曲线。仿真及实验表明,采用NURBS曲线拟合方法满足速度、加速度以及多轴同步要求,保证推送运动平稳无冲击,同时提高输出柔性。
The development trend of complex packaging machinery is used the mufti - axis syncnronous servo drive technology to replace the traditional mechanical transmission technology. For the packaging process execution end high - speed reciprocating motion requirements, a design method of multi bar mechanism by using the electronic cam driven is proposed. The curve planning method of the electronic cam is discussed. The math- ematical model of the cam movement is established by the NURBS curve method, and the smooth cam motion curve is obtained. The simulation and experiments show that using the NURBS curve fitting method can meet the requirements of speed, acceleration and multi axis synchronization, so as to ensure the smooth and no impact of the push movement, and improve the output flexibility.
