973计划“认知无线网络基础理论与关键技术研究”(2009CB320400)项目自2009年正式启动以来,针对频谱高效利用和异构网络融合两大国家需求,以提升认知网络容量为目标,围绕认知无线网络体系结构的适变性、无线网络多域环境的认知性及认知无线网络管理与控制的自主性三大科学问题展开研究,并在基础理论、关键技术、平台验证等方面取得了一系列重要成果。本文根据项目部分已发表的研究成果对上述各方面诸多重要研究进展进行了概略性介绍。
Supported by a 973 program, A Brief Introduction to Research Progresses of Basic Research on Cognitive Wireless (#2009CB320400), a series of important re-search progresses have been made since 2009 .The re-search progresses were focused on the two national de-mands of efficient use of spectrum and heterogeneous network convergence .The overall objective of the pro-gram is to improve the capability of cognitive wireless networks .The researches were surrounding the three main scientific issues of wireless network architecture a-daption , multi-dimension environment cognition and management and control autonomy .A series of impor-tant achievement have been made in the areas of basic theory, key technology and verification platform .Here the main research progresses of the 973 program were reviewed in this paper .
