采用ANSYS有限元软件针对20000m^3储油罐进行了数值分析。计算了罐侧壁环向、竖向应力及基底弯矩随着罐中液面高度变化的地震响应分析,用以验算其抗震性能,并与规范和简化方法比较,验证结果的正确性。结果表明:季节性冻土层的存在明显地影响着场地动力特性,进而影响储罐的抗震安全性。在非冻结场地上该储罐在多遇地震和罕遇地震情况下都是安全的;在冻结场地上该储罐在多遇地震情况下是安全的,而在罕遇地震情况下是不安全的。
The finite element analysis (FEA) program ANSYS is used to analyse 20 000m^3 oil tank. It is calculated the seismic response of loop and vertical stresses of tank wall and base moment with change in liquid height in tank. So seismic properties are analyzed, and compared with code and simplified measures to testify its validity. It is shown from the results that seasonally frozen ground evidently influences site dynamical characteristics and seismic security of tank. On non-frozen ground the tank is secure both on basic intensity and rare intensity, while on frozen ground the tank is secure on basic intensity and is not secure on rare intensity.
