盐碱区混凝土路面长期遭受盐渍和风沙环境的侵蚀,严重影响其耐久性和安全性。以内蒙古沿黄公路巴彦淖尔段为例,根据该地区盐渍土和风沙环境特征,配制模拟该地区盐含量溶液,对水泥砂浆进行盐渍腐蚀试验,并利用模拟风沙环境冲蚀试验系统对盐渍后的水泥砂浆进行模拟风沙颗粒冲蚀试验研究,分析不同风沙冲蚀力学参数下受不同种类不同浓度盐渍腐蚀后混凝土的冲蚀损伤规律与表面微观形貌表征,揭示盐碱区混凝土路面受盐渍和风沙环境复合侵蚀损伤机理。
Saline area concrete pavement by saline and erosion of sand dunes environment for a long time, the serious influence its dura-bility and safety.The road in Inner Mongolia along the Yellow River of Bayan Nur section as an example, according to the characteristicsof the saline soil and sand in this region, simulated solution of salt content in the region, made saline corrosion test with the cement mortar,and used the sand erosion experiment system which simulated conditions of sand particles erosion on cement mortar that had been corrod-ed, studied on surface microstructure characterization and erosion damage regularity of cement mortar treated with different types and con-centrations of salt corrosion and different erosion mechanics parameters,revealed the saline area concrete pavement corroded by salt andsand environment composite damage mechanism.
