研究疏水性聚丙烯中空纤维含浸液膜吸收低浓度二氧化硫的特性,重点考察膜组件操作方式、气相、液相对SO2吸收率的影响。试验表明:气体管程流动、气-液两项逆流有利于提高吸收效果;气体相中二氧化硫的浓度或者流速越大,吸收率越低;在柠檬酸盐浓度较高的条件下,液体流速对吸收没有大的影响;柠檬酸盐溶液pH越高,吸收效果越好,但是考虑到后续脱吸流程和缓冲容量的选择,pH以4.50左右为宜。
Low-concentration SO2 using hydrophobie polypropylene hollow fiber membrane in citrate solution was experimentally explored. Several important factors that may affect the absorption efficiency of SO2 were examined, namely mode of membrane module operations, the gas flow rates, concentrations and pH of citrate solution. Results of investigation reveal: efficiency is the highest via gas-liquid eountercurrent absorption or the absorption efficiency for high concentration SO2 is not as high as for low one; the absorption efficiency is lowed for higher flow-rate gas; the absorption efficiency is not sensitive to the flow rate of citrate solution in the conditions considered if its concentration is sufficiently high; although the absorption efficiency is higher for higher pH of citrate solution, the optimal pH of citrate solution should be about 4.5 by taking the process of desorption and the choice of buffer capacity into account.
