英文摘要：

A growing shortage of water resources and heavy water pollution situation has increased the likelihood of occurrence and the damage degree of accidental water pollution event .The domestic and foreign research status of accidental water pollution event is reviewed from three aspects ：risk analysis ,early warning and forecasting as well as emergency management in this paper .It analyzes the current research focuses ,difficulties and shortcomings and puts forward the emphasis of future research：research on disaster e‐valuation and risk assessment of accidental water pollution event ;the establishment of integrated answering information platform sys‐tem and the quick creation of emergency plans ;the establishment of insurance system and compensation mechanism for accidental wa‐ter pollution event ;the study on the construction of integrated emergency response and guarantee system for accidental water pollu‐tion event .
