利用复合菌剂处理有机废水既可提高有机物的降解效率,又可获得生物有机肥料。研究明确了光合细菌、乳酸菌和酵母菌混合培养过程中的最适生长条件,包括生长基质中最大化学需氧量(COD)不高于10 000mg.L-1以及其它条件,如光照强度、pH值、菌种接种量、菌种的混合比例等。经过混合菌剂处理后,有机废水中的有益微生物数量显著增加,而有害微生物受到抑制。COD、总氮(TN)、总碳(TC)和铵态氮(NH3-N)的降解率分别达到87.1%、70.5%、53.9%和90.8%。这些结果显示,3种菌混合处理可有效降解高浓度有机废水中的有害物质,同时获得高浓度的有益菌群。
Multiple species inoculants have been applied in organic wastewater treatment,accompanying by production of microbial organic fertilizer.This study ascertained the optimum conditions for the mixed growth of photosynthetic bacteria,lactic acid bacteria and saccharomycetes,including the highest chemical oxygen demand(COD) which can be endured by the microorganisms,and other conditions such as illumination intensity,pH value,inoculum concentration,and inoculation proportions of different species of microorganisms.Furthermore,the result showed that the numbers of beneficial microorganisms significantly increased,whereas growth of detrimental microorganisms was strongly inhibited in the organic wastewater after the treatment by multiple species inoculants.The values of COD,total nitrogen(TN),total carbon(TC),and ammonium nitrogen(NH3-N) decreased respectively by 87.1%,70.5%,53.9 %,and 90.8%.These data suggested that the treatment by three species of inoculants can effectively remove harmful substances in the concentrated organic wastewater,meanwhile produce a mass of beneficial microorganisms.
