为进一步提升钼酸铋的可见光催化活性,以Bi(NO3)3·5H2O和Na2Mo O4·2H2O为原料,加入不同表面活性剂辅助水热法制备了纳米级钼酸铋。研究了表面活性剂种类对Bi2Mo O6形貌结构的影响,采用XRD、SEM和FTIR对产物进行了表征。结果表明:在水热合成条件下引入CTAB作为表面活性剂时,合成的纳米片厚度仅为10-20 nm。这种钼酸铋纳米片比普通钼酸铋纳米粉体具有更优的光催化活性,可见光照射180 min后对目标污染物亚甲基蓝的降解率可达81%,可见光催化效率提升2-4倍。
To enhance the photocatalytic activity of bismuth molybdate, Using Bi(NO3)3 · 5H2O and Na2MoO4· 2H2O as raw materials,Bi2MoO6 nanostructures were synthesized by hydrothermal method using different surfactants. The effect of surfactants types on the morphology of Bi2MoO6 nanostructures was investigated. The obtained Bi2MoO6 were characterized by XRD, SEM and FTIR. The results show that Bi2MoO6 nanosheets with thickness of 10-20 nm were obtained when CTAB was used during the hydrothermal process. Compared to the common Bi2MoO6 powders, the Bi2MoO6 nanosheets exhibit higher photocatalytic activity. The degradation ratio of MB achieves 81% after 180 min irradiation under visible light, The catalytic efficiency can increase 2A times.
