粘弹性材料力学行为的主要特征是它的时间相关性,其本质在于材料内部时钟或特征时间的存在,这个特征时间受多种因素的影响,研究材料特征时间变化往往采用材料粘度的自由体积理论.根据自由体积理论,推导了表征时一温等效关系的WLF方程.老化同样影响材料的粘度,由已有的蠕变试验结果推导了沥青混合料的时间-温度、时间-老化、温度-老化等效关系式,这对研究沥青混合料的力学行为、结构分析以及寿命预估等具有重要的意义和价值.
The main mechanics behavior character of viscoelastic material is its time dependence, which lies in the existence of the interior timepiece or the characteristic time, which is influenced by many factors. The free volume theory of material viscosity is usually used to study the characteristic time. Based on this theory, this paper deduced the time-temperature equivalent relation of Williams-Landel-Ferry (WLF) equation. Aging influences the viscosity as well. Through the creep test, this paper deduced the time-temperature, time-aging, temperature-aglng equivalent equation. It has a great significance and value in mechanics behavior study, structure analysis and life prediction of asphalt mixture.
