以工业SO_2为研究对象,借鉴偏离份额法探究中国污染产业转移的时空特征,运用EVIEWS8.0定量分析污染产业转移对污染转移的影响,结果表明:相对净变化量最大的省份逐渐由东部向中西部转移且最大值不断降低,2005年以后结构转移增量与相对净变化量反方向说明中国污染产业发展得到了有效控制,竞争力转移增量与相对净变化量同方向的省份变动意味着中国污染产业呈由东部向中西部地区逐渐转移的演变趋势;相对净变化量、结构转移增量均与污染转移呈正相关关系,而竞争力转移增量与污染转移呈负相关关系。同时,经济发展、科技进步以及环境规制增强均有利于中国污染转移的控制。
Taking industrial SO2 as the research object, spatio- temporal characteristics of Chinese pollution industry trans- fer are explored by the shift-share model, and the effects on pollution transfer of pollution industry transfer are quantitative analyzed by the EVIEWS8.0. The conclusions are as follow. The biggest provinces of NRC are gradually transferred from the east to the Midwest. After 2005, the direction between STR and NRC of Chinese province is opposite, which indicates that the development of pollution industry in China has been effectively controlled. According to DIF and NRC, the spatial pattern of Chinese pollution industry is gradually evolved from the east to the Midwest. NRC and STR are positive correlation with pollution transfer, but DIF is negatively related with pollution transfer. Meanwhile, economic development level, scientif- ic and technological progress and environmental regulation intensity are conducive to the control of pollution transfer.
