It is necessary for logistics decision-makers to comprehensively measure many qualitative and quantitative factors,but theses factors usually vary with time,space,condition,demands of decisionmakers,etc.According to the process and characteristics of logistics and the theory of multi-objective decision making fuzzy,the fuzzy decision model of logistics channels schemes is constructed,which is based on variable weight and restrictions of many qualitative and quantitative factors.The model can dynamically reflect the importance degrees of correlative decision-making factors.Moreover,it can educe the optimized logistics channel scheme by calculating Hamming approach degrees between available schemes and ideal scheme.Finally,a demonstration proves the result accords with the conditions of logistics market.
