利用浓度为4.0×10^4、4.0×10^5、4.0×10^6、4.0×10^7、4.0×10^8个/mL的球孢白僵菌MZ050724分生孢子液对3龄和4龄的亚洲玉米螟幼虫进行毒力测定研究。结果表明,该菌株具有较高的杀虫活性。对3龄幼虫最高累计校正死亡率为88.65%,致死中浓度是(2.195±0.135)×10^4个/mL,致死中时间是(4.30±0.16)d;对4龄幼虫最高累计校正死亡率为85.75%,其致死中浓度(4.362±0.088)×10^5个/mL,致死中时间为(4.77±0.11)d。相比较对3龄幼虫的防治效果好于对4龄幼虫的防治效果。
The virulence of Beauveryia bassiana MZ050724 against 3rd and 4th larvae of Ostrinia furnacalis at five different concentrations from 4.0×10^4 to 4.0×10^8 spores/mL was studied and the results showed higher virulence of B.bassiana MZ050724 against larvae of O.furnacalis.The corrected accumulative mortality of 3rd larvae was 88.65%,LC50 was(2.195±0.135)×10^4 spores/mL,LT50 was(4.30±0.16)d;and corrected accumulative mortality to 4th larvae was 85.75%,LC50 was(4.362±0.088)×10^5 spores/mL,LT50 was(4.77±0.11)d.The control efficiency of B.bassiana MZ050724 against 3rd lar-vae of O.furnacalis was higher than that against 4th larvae.
