目的探讨精神分裂症患者是否同时存在空间注意障碍和数字空间表征障碍。方法对年龄、文化程度、简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分等相匹配的30例精神分裂症患者和30名正常对照进行线段等分试验和数字等分试验。结果在线段等分试验中,线段长度分别为4、6、8、10、12、14、16、18、20cm时,患者组的偏移率均比正常对照组高,差异均有统计学差异(P〈0.01)。在数字等分试验中,所呈现数字对的间距为3、5、7、9时,无论是顺向还是反向提问,患者组平均偏移率与对照组的差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。患者组的顺向与反向提问之间测试结果的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者在线段等分试验中表现为左偏而数字等分试验中无偏移,提示其存在单侧注意障碍但无数字空间表征障碍。

英文摘要:

Objective To explore whether there is a co-existence of spacial attentional and number spacial representational disorder in patients with schizophrenia.Methods Thirty schizophrenic patients and thirty age and education matched healthy controls were assessed using the physical and numerical line bisection tests.Results In the physical line bisection test using the line lengths at 4,6,10,12,14,16,18 or 20 cm,the mean deviations of the schizophrenic patients were significantly higher than those of control group(P〈0.01).In the number line bisection test using the interval sizes of numbers at 3,5,7 or 9,in either ascending or descending order,the mean deviations of schizophrenic patients of antrorse presentation were not significantly different from those of control group(P〉0.05).When numbers were tactic presentation and reverse presentation,the difference was not obvious in patients(P〉0.05).Conclusions Schizophrenic patients have a significant leftward bias in the physical line bisection test,but not in the number line bisection test which suggests that schizophrenic patients have unilateral attention disorder without number spacial representational deficit.
