肿瘤作为全球性的公共卫生问题,严重危害人类的生命健康。抗肿瘤作用的研究,一直是近年来研究的热点。来自于天然植物的抗肿瘤药物以其低毒高效的特点受到了人们的关注,关于天然药物抗肿瘤机制的探讨也越来越多。研究发现,天然药物在抑制、杀伤肿瘤细胞、诱导细胞凋亡、影响相关蛋白和酶的作用、调节机体免疫、增强抗氧化作用等方面发挥重要的作用。该文从控制肿瘤和调节机体免疫两个方面对天然药物抗肿瘤的作用机制进行简要综述。

英文摘要：

Tumor,a global public health problem,seriously harms the health of human being.Study on the anti-tumor effect has been a hot spot in recent years.The anti-tumor medicines from natural plants have received increasing attention due to their characteristics of high efficiency and low toxicity.Meanwhile,there are more and more discussion about the anti-tumor mechanism of natural medicine.The studies found that natural medicine plays an important role in inhibiting and killing the tumor cells ,inducing apoptosis,regula-ting effect of related proteins and enzymes,regulating immune system and activating anti-oxidation.Here is to make a brief review of the anti-tumor mechanism of natural medicine from tumor control and immune regula-tion.
