茶园红壤施用PAM后的垂直迁移特征及其对土壤微团聚体的影响

聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)作为一种新型的水保措施在治理水土流失方面发挥着重要作用,PAM在茶园土壤中的适宜性研究较少,而有关PAM在茶园土壤中的环境行为更为缺乏。因此,本研究在南方红壤茶园中设置不同浓度PAM处理的小区,分析PAM在茶园红壤中的垂直迁移特征以及对土壤微团聚体的影响。试验设计的PAM施用量为(0g/m2,1.5g/m2,3g/m2,4.5g/m2,6g/m2,7.5g/m2)6个浓度处理,分别在5月,7月和10月3个月份采集土样来分析在施用不同浓度的PAM条件下,红壤茶园施用PAM后的垂直迁移特征以及红壤茶园施用PAM后对土壤中微团聚体组成及稳定性的影响。结果表明:不同浓度PAM处理小区,土层中的PAM在间隔3次取样后,残留量逐渐减少。在0—20cm土层土壤微团聚体及土壤颗粒的优势粒级在不同浓度PAM处理下与对照没有显著差异。3次不同时间段取样表明,土壤微团聚体和土壤组成粒级愈大,不同PAM处理对它们颗粒含量的影响愈快,粒级愈小,影响愈慢。土壤中的微团聚体的团聚度在PAM措施下,较之对照略有提高,分散系数较之对照略有降低。

Polyacrylamide(PAM),as a new type of soil and water conservation measures,plays an important role in soil and water loss control,but the study about the soil suitability of PAM in the tea garden is not so much,and the study about the environmental behavior of PAM in tea garden soil is even less.Therefore,test areas with different concentrations of PAM were set in the red soil tea garden of southern China in order to analyze the vertical migration characteristics of PAM and its influences on soil micro-aggregates and soil particles in the tea garden.The PAM application rates were designed to have 6concentrations(0g/m2,1.5g/m2,3g/m2,4.5g/m2,6g/m2,and 7.5g/m2),and soil samples were collected in May,July and October so as to analyze the vertical distribution as well as the impact of PAM on soil micro-aggregate composition and stability under the condition of different concentrations of PAM.The results showed that,under different concentrations of PAM,the residues of PAM gradually reduced after sampling for 3times.Soil micro-aggregates and the advantage size fraction of soil particles under different concentrations of PAM had no significant difference with those in control treatment during 0—20cm soil layer.Samples at 3different periods showed that,under different concentrations of PAM,the larger the soil micro-aggregates and soil particles were,the more quickly the different treatment of PAM affected the content of their particles,and vice versa.Under the PAM measures,the degree of aggregation in soil micro-aggregates had a slight increase,while the dispersion coefficient had a slight decrease when compared with those in control treatment.
