无机纳米杂化聚酰亚胺薄膜是一种新型纳米功能复合材料,具有非常广阔的应用前景。研究了无机纳米杂化聚酰亚胺薄膜的表面形貌和微结构,测试结果表明,纳米颗粒为α-Al2O3,颗粒尺寸在3-5nm范围内主要分布在聚酰亚胺基体畴界处。薄膜具有分形特征,其分形雏数接近扩散限制凝聚模型的理论值。
The nanohybrid PI films is a new kind nanocomposite, which has a broad prospect. In this paper, the surface morphology and microstructure of the films have been studied. The experimental results show that the nanoparticles are α-Al2O3 and their sizes are about 3-5nm; which are located at domain interface of PI. The films have fractal characteristics and the fractal dimension approach the theory value of DLA model.
