在钠先驱体中,采用醋酸钠、甲醇钠、乙醇钠3种先驱体:在硼先驱体中,采用硼酸并用乙醇、甲醇、乙二醇甲醚为硼酸的先驱体溶剂;采用正硅酸乙酯为硅的先驱体,分别采用甲醇和乙醇为先驱体溶剂。对上述体系中不同的先驱体及溶剂进行交叉实验。结果表明:当以固体或液体为先驱体时,在多组分溶胶系统中,先驱体溶剂的选择组遵从结构相似相溶原理,可制备优质凝胶。
The transparent bulk soldium borosilicate gel was prepared using tetraethyl orthosilicate and boric acid, with sodium methoxide, sodium alkoxode, sodium acetate as precursor, methanol, ethanol as precursor solvent of tetraethyl orthosilicate, and methanol, ethanol and glycolic methyl ether as precursor solvent of boric acid. All the results indicate that the gel with good qualities can be obtained according to the principle that the precursor can be dissolved by the solvent with kindred structure.
