This article proposed a plan which designed how to send and received emails with handset terminal and described the service flows. This project has designed and realized the following functions： Push initiatively user emails to their mobile phone so that the users can read, reply, forward and write these emails on the handset terminal timely. Through the PushEmail Service, users can receive and send emails by mobile phones anytime and anywhere.
