任何一种形态的组织的发展都离不开其所处的环境，同时也会对所处的环境产生潜移默化的影响，作为新兴的组织——农民专业合作社也不例外，因此有必要对农民专业合作社与区域环境相互作用进行研究。农民专业合作社与区域环境的作用力是相互的，这些影响既包括农民合作社对区域经济环境的贡献，也包括当地区域环境对合作社发展的促进或制约。规范发展的农民专业合作社促进了区域环境的改善，反过来，良好的区域环境又有利于农民专业合作社的健康发展。

The development of any kind of organizations can not get away from their regional environment, and the organization would influence the environment imperceptibly. As a newly arisen organization - the farmer specialty cooperatives can not be exceptive. Therefore, it is necessary to research into the interaction of farmer specialty cooperatives and regional environment; though, by now, there are few researches in this field. The interaction between farmer specialty cooperatives and regional environment involves their mutual effects in terms of economy, polities, culture and environment. If regional environment is good, it will he advantageous to the development of farmer speeiahy cooperatives; on the other hand, farmer specialty cooperatives once operating well will improve the regional environment.
