Under the background of social transformation, progress of the rule of law and the more widening gap between the rich and poor, the spread of group events on the Interact is a reflection of inevitable political appeals by the public. Among the guidance strategies, the author insists that we should take the policy of persuasion as principal means to have a good management of the public opinion on the Internct. Besides, we should release some information objectively and honestly in time and prevent the spread of rumors through adopting some authoritative advice and civic leaders＇ opinions.
