Under the situation of opening, international trade and international investment is of great significance for the upgrading of industrial structure. With the development of finance, a country can upgrade its international trade in terms of capital, technology, scaled economy and the llke to stimulate the upgrading of its industrial structure on the one hand, and on the other hand, it can improve its own environment for investment and strengthen the spillover of foreign direct investment to enhance the upgrading of its industrial structure.
