通过阐述高职学生的职业能力与课堂教学改革之间存在的联系,提出了采用应用型教学提高学生的职业能力。并对应用型教学中的教师任务、教学方法、考核方式等三个环节进行探讨,旨在寻求一套适合高职教育的教学模式,从而全面提高高职教育的教学质量,增强学生的职业能力。
With an illustration of the relations between career ability and teaching reform, the paper suggests that applied teaching be adopted in vocational education to improve students' career ability. The three important dements of applied teaching including lecturers' task, teaching method and evaluation modes are discussed, with an attempt to seek a teaching mode suitable for vocational education, so as to improve the teaching quality and enhance students' career ability.
