电网应急资源调度作为电网应急指挥辅助决策系统的重要内容和组成部分,在应对电网由于外力因素引发的突发性故障中起着重要作用。根据电网应急资源需求的特点,充分利用接入电网应急指挥系统的信息,以对称三角模糊教模拟应急物流中的不确定性因素搜索最优物流路径。以最大程度增强系统的运行稳定裕度和减小停电损失为目标确定电网恢复顺序,并在此基础上综合考虑应急资源保障率建立电网应急资源调度方案。并用算例验证了该设计方案的正确性及有效性。
Power disaster-relief resources allocation schedule, as an important part of an Emergency Command Decision Assistant system, plays an important role in response to sudden power failures caused by external factors. Based on the characteristics of demand for power material, the paper makes full use of the information connected to grid emergency command system. In order to search for the best logistics path, symmetric triangular fuzzy numbers is used to simulate the uncertainties in emergency logistics. The order of power restoration is established to greatly enhance the stability margin of the grid and reduce the outage cost. On this basis, power disaster-relief resources allocation schedule is established considering the guarantee rate. An example proves the efficiency and validity of the approach.
