【目的/意义】本文整合新兴的社交网络现象与组织知识创造理论,以可供性研究方法论述二者之间的关系,并提出社交网络情境下知识创造过程模型。【方法/过程】归纳了社会网络与知识创造的特点,并以可供性视角探讨社会网络作为知识创造虚拟Ba,分析二者之间关系以构建过程模型。【结果/结论】社交网络及其可供性对于组织如何管理与创造知识具有战略影响。将社交网络作为知识创造的虚拟Ba,能够加强学者对现代信息网络技术支持知识创造的理解,为理论作出贡献,并且对其支持知识创造过程举出相应实例,对于企业制定知识管理战略具有实践意义。
[Purpose/significance ] Based on the emerging social network and organizational knowledge creation theory, this paper discussed the relationship between the two in affordance approach. [Method/process] The paper reviewed the characteristics of social network and knowledge creation. From the affordance theory perspective, it discussed the role of social network as virtual Ba to knowledge creation process, and constructed process model on the basis of relationship analysis. [Result/conclusion] The study found the strategic impact of social network and its affordance on knowledge creation. Given that social network as virtual Ba of knowledge creation, the study contributed theoretically to researchers' understandings of supporting knowledge creation with social network technology. In addition, it also gave examples of supporting effect of social network on knowledge creation process, contributing practically to firms on making knowledge management strategies.
