目的:探究平胃散对湿困脾胃证大鼠肠道能量代谢障碍的调节作用。方法:40只SD大鼠分为空白组、模型组、平胃散组和自然恢复组。除空白组外,其余各组大鼠均造模,给药3 d后,处死大鼠,检测大鼠空肠Gln含量以及Na+-K+-ATPase、Ga2+-ATPase活力。结果:与模型组比较,平胃散组Gln含量升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);Na+-K+-ATPase、Ga2+-ATPase活力升高,差异无统计学意义。结论:湿困脾胃证大鼠肠黏膜能量代谢出现障碍,平胃散有调节作用。
Objective:To study regulation effect of Pingwei powder on energy metabolism disorder of intestinal tract ot rats with syndrome of dampness blocking spleen and stomach. Methods:40 rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,Pingwei power group and natural recovery group.In addition to blank group,rats in other groups were constructed models with dampness blocking spleen and stomach. 3 d after administration, rats were sacrificed,then Gln content and Na~- K+-ATPase,Ga2~-ATPase activity in jejunum of rats were detected. Results:Compared with model group,Gin content was significantly increased in Pingwei powder group (P〈0.01);Na-K+-ATPase,Ga2+-ATPase activity were increased in Pingwei powder group,but there was no statistically difference. Cortclusions:Pingwei powder could regulate energy metabolism disorder of intestinal mucosa of rats with syndrome of dampness blocking spleen and stomach.
