内部裂纹将减小轴承外圈的局部刚度,影响其模态参数并改变其振动特征。针对该问题,以球轴承外圈为研究对象,利用有限元法建立正常和含内部裂纹轴承外圈的有限元模型,分析裂纹对轴承外圈固有频率、模态振型及其曲率特征的影响。结果表明:裂纹使轴承外圈的固有频率减小,并改变其模态振型和曲率特征;在裂纹所在区域,轴承外圈模态振型曲率存在明显的突变现象。
The local stiffness, modal parameters and vibrations characteristics of bearing outer ring can be affected by internal crack. Aiming at the problem, the outer ring of ball bearing is studied based on finite element method. The finite element model is established for bearing outer ring with and without inner crack. The effect of crack on natural frequen- cy, modal shape and its curvature characteristics of the outer ring are analyzed. The results show that the natural fre- quency is reduced, and the modal shape and the curvature characteristics are changed. In the region where the crack is located,there is a sudden change in the modal curvature.
