双花千里光花精油的GC-MS分析

采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对西藏药用植物双花千里光的花精油进行化学成分分析,共分离出100余个峰,鉴定出其中73个化合物,其含量占精油总量的89%以上。该花精油的成分主要为单萜、倍半萜和脂肪酸及其酯,其中大于2%的成分共有12个,占精油总量的约70%。

英文摘要:

The essential oil from the flowers of Senecio dianthus was extracted by steam distillation. By GC-MS analysis, more than 100 compounds were isolated and 73 of those were identified accounting for more than 89% of total essential oil. The main components of the essential oil were monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, fatty acids and their esters. Among them, 12 main compounds which the contents were over 2% were identified as coriandrol, p-2-trans-menthen- 1-ol, terpinen-1-ol, carvomenthenol, terpinol, piperitol, 3-methoxy-14-norcadalene, methyl palmitate, palmitic acid, methyl linoleate, linolenic acid and linoleic acid, respectivelv.
