由于隧道施工过程中的塌方现象与喷射混凝土的质量密切相关,故研究强度高、韧性好的高性能喷射混凝土是地下工程施工所亟需研究的内容之一。本文分别对单掺钢纤维、聚丙烯纤维和仿钢纤维喷射混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度和折压比进行了试验研究,并将其与普通喷射混凝土的力学性能进行了比较。结果表明,适当掺量的纤维喷射混凝土较普通喷射混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度及折压比都有明显提高;当仿钢纤维掺量为0.3%时的强度及折压比为最优,并以价格优廉、分散性好、不易锈蚀等优点可以取代钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维在工程中的应用。
The collapse phenomenon of tunnel in construction process is closely related with the quality of shot- crete, so high strength and toughness on the shotcrete of good performance is one of the research contents of need in the construction of the underground engineering. The experiments of single steel fiber, polypropylene fiber, macro- synthetic fiber reinforced shotcrete on the compressive strength and flexural strength are researched in this paper, which are compared with the mechanical properties of common shotcrete, which shows that the compressive strength, flexural strength, flexural compression ratio of fiber shotcrete with appropriate dosage are obviously im- proved than common shotcrete ; strength and flexural compression ratio of macro-synthetic fibers reinforced shotcrete are the best, whose content is 0.3%. So steel fiberss and polypropylene fiber can be completely replaced by the macro-synthetic fibers in project application with its excellent price-lim, good dispersion and weak corrosion etc.
