采用新型简支弯曲测试装置对镍基高温合金K304疲劳性能进行测试。结果表明,弯曲挠度率受疲劳载荷均值和疲劳载荷幅值的影响,并且疲劳荷载幅值对材料弯曲疲劳响应的影响比疲劳载荷均值的影响显著。从试验测试和数值模拟角度,论证了此新型弯曲疲劳测试方法测定材料疲劳性能的可行性和准确性。
The fatigue property of nickel-based superalloy K403 was measured by new simply supported bending test device. The results show that the bending deflection rate is influenced by mean value of fatigue load and amplitude of fatige load. The influence of amplitude of fatige load on bending fatigue response is more obvious than that of mean value of fatigue load. From the point of theoretical test and numerical simulation, the feasibility and accuracy of the measurement of fatigue properties of the materials by using the simply supported bending test device is demonstrated.
