以芥菜型油菜品种Brown mustard的下胚轴为外植体,接种于不同配比6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)和硝酸银(AgNO3)组合的分化培养基中,研究6-BA和AgNO3对芥菜型油菜下胚轴芽再生的影响。结果表明分化培养基中含3 mg/L 6-BA+5 mg/L AgNO3时出芽率最高,出芽率达到58.33%,芽丛数平均为1.73。
In order to study the effects of 6 -BA and AgNO3 on shoot regeneration of Brassica juncea( L. ) hypocotyls, we used the Brown mustard (Brassica juncea L. ) hypocotyls as explant, which inoculated in differentiation medium of different concentration ratios of 6 - benzyl adenine ( 6 - BA) and silver nitrate ( AgNO3 ) combination. The results revealed that the shoot regeneration rate was the highest when differentiation medium contained 3 mg/L 6 - BA and 5 mg/L AgNO3, the bud rate reached 58. 33% and the average bud number was 1.73.
