研究了一种船载终端系统的电磁兼容可靠性设计,首先讨论了系统设计中的屏蔽技术和静电放电防护技术。然后研究了PCB设计过程中的布局、布线方法对系统EMC性能的影响等问题。在分析了系统中造成电磁干扰的因素和电磁干扰的传递方式的基础上,给出了详细的硬件和软件设计抗干扰措施,并给出了系统电磁兼容性能测试结果。实践表明:船载终端系统设计过程中注重电磁兼容设计技术能充分保证系统电气性能的可靠。本研究成果对于船舶电子设备国产化具有重要意义。
EMC reliability design of the terminal system for ship is researched. Firstly, the system shielding technique and static-discharge protection technique are discussed. Then, some problems such as how layout and routing in PCB design affect EMC performance of the system are studied. The article analyzes the factors causing electromagnetic interference and the transmission mode of the interference, also gives the detailed anti-jamming methods in hardware and software design, and the EMC test results. The practical results show that the electromagnetic compatibility design techniques used in the design of the terminal system for ship can well ensure the system electrical reliability performance . The research findings have great significance to the design of the electronic devices for ship in our country.
