通过水提醇沉方法提取羊栖菜粗多糖,纯化后测定羊栖菜中多糖含量,为今后羊栖菜化学及药理研究提供有益的参考。采用了分光光度法、苯酚-硫酸显色法在490nm处测定其含量。结果表明,羊栖菜提取液中多糖含量达53.46%,平均多糖回收率为99.37%。证明该方法实验操作简便,准确可靠,可用于羊栖菜多糖含量的测定。
In this paper, the extraction tion method of polysaccharide content method of Sargassum fusi forme are introduced. It is shown from polysaccharide and the determinathe determination results that the avarage polysaccharide content in Sargassum fusiforme extracts is 53.46 %, and the average recovery rate of polysaccharide is 99.37 %, which indicates that the extraction and determination method is simple, convenient and reliable, and can be used for determining the Sargassum fusiforme polysaccharid content.
