钻爆法施工的山岭隧道因受施工等各种因素的影响,隧道衬砌厚度变异性大,造成隧道结构安全储备能力降低,影响隧道的使用安全和耐久性.基于衬砌强度安全系数的概念,以隧道衬砌混凝土材料极限强度计算衬砌偏心受压极限承载力极限,将隧道衬砌数值计算同《公路隧道设计规范》相结合,以衬砌极限承载力与衬砌数值计算内力进行对比,分析隧道衬砌不同截面上(各衬砌单元)的抗压(或抗拉)强度安全系数,绘制隧道衬砌单元安全系数图,进行衬砌结构厚度优选.长安岭隧道典型断面衬砌结构厚度优选算例验证了论文方法的可行性和有效性.
Due to the construction of mountain tunnels which take the drilling and blasting method of construction,the lining of tunnel thickness changeability is big,lining of tunnel thickness reaches 50% defective,causing the tunnel to reduce the structural safety of reserve capacity,the impact of the use of the tunnel safety and durability. The paper take the Chang an lining of tunnel design as the application background,by numerical simulation experiment was conducted to study the typical cross-section of Chang an l tunnel lining thickness change on the stability of the tunnel states to discuss the correlation between the thickness of the lining of the tunnel structure and deformation and the internal forces;In the above research foundation based on more than Lining work factor of assurance concept,has carried on the appraisal to the Chang an ling lining of tunnel structure's security,Optimized and to determined the thickness of the tunnel lining security,guided the design of Chang an ling tunnel lining.
