目的探讨服药训练对提高初始治疗的艾滋病患者服药依从性的效果。方法对39例初始服药治疗艾滋病患者进行服药依从性训练,在治疗第4周、12周、24周和48周后进行服药依从性问卷调查及HIV病毒载量检测。结果治疗第4周、12周、24周、48周时服药依从性≥95%的患者占97.43%~100%。治疗24周及治疗48周时所有患者病毒均完全抑制。结论服药训练可以提高初始治疗艾滋病患者的服药依从性,提高抗逆转录病毒治疗效果。
Objective To explore the effect of drug taking training on improving the medication compliance of AIDS patients with initial treatment.Methods Medication compliance training was conducted in 39 cases of AIDS patients who were initially treated with medication. The medication compliance questionnaire and HIV viral load test were carried out after 4 weeks’,12 weeks’,24 weeks’ and 48 weeks’ treatment. Results 97. 43% to 100% patients’ medication compliances were more than 95% after 4 weeks’,12 weeks’,24 weeks’ and 48 weeks’ treatment. Viral suppression was complete in all patients treated for24 weeks and 48 weeks of treatment. Conclusions Medication training can improve the medication compliance of patients with HIV and AIDS who were initially treated with medication,and improve the effects of anti retroviral treatment.
