本文对小波变换的基本理论进行了简单介绍,由于小波变换具有时域和频域上的局部性特性、多分辨分析特性、低熵性、去相关性及选基灵活性等优点,非常适合于对非平稳信号-图像进行分析和处理。并且详细分析了基于小波变换对图像进行消噪的处理原理与实现,并且利用MATLAB对含噪遥感图像进行处理,最后结合理论分析和实验实例讨论了小波分析在遥感影像降噪处理中的作用,利用像元均值和方差来评价降噪效果,说明该方法有效、可行。
