目的:探讨健康教育路径结合PDCA循环在肿瘤患者化疗中的应用效果。方法将120例经明确诊断为恶性肿瘤、住院首次行化疗的患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组60例运用常规化疗健康教育模式进行健康教育,试验组60例患者按照健康教育路径实施健康教育,实施过程中结合PDCA循环管理。分别比较两组患者在化疗第一周期后、化疗结束时健康教育知晓度、患者的治疗依次性以及出院时对护士工作满意度、治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者健康教育知晓度、治疗依从性逐渐提高,并优于对照组(P〈0.05);对护士工作满意度优于对照组( P〈0.05);实验组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况少于对照组( P〈0.05)。结论应用健康教育路径结合PDCA循环可提高护士的健康教育能力和患者的治疗依从性,从而减少并发症,提高患者对护士工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of health education pathway combined with PDCA cy-cle in the chemotherapy for tumor patients. Methods A total of 120 patients with confirmed malignant tumor who re-ceived the chemotherapy the first time were divided into two groups according to the random number table, 60 cases in each group. The patients of the control group were treated with routine chemotherapy health education model. While the experimental group carried out the health education pathway combined with PDCA cycle management. The awareness of health education, the treatment compliance of patients and the satisfaction and the adverse drug reaction of the patients of the two groups after the first period of chemotherapy and at the end of the chemotherapy were compared. Results The awareness of health education, treatment compliance of patients of the experimental group were improved gradually, and better than that of the control group ( P〈0. 05 );the job satisfaction for nurses was better than that of the control group ( P〈0. 05 ); the adverse reactions of the experimental group during treatment were less than that of the control group ( P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusion The application of health education pathway combined with PDCA cycle can improve the health education ability of nurses and the treatment compliance of patients, so as to reduce the complications and im-prove the satisfaction to the nurses.
