以丙烯酰胺为功能单体,二乙烯基苯为交联剂,四氯化碳为溶剂,采用乳液聚合法制备了苯胺分子印迹聚合物,考察了其对水中微量苯胺的去除情况。结果表明,苯胺分子印迹聚合物对水中苯胺具有较好的亲和性和较强的吸附性能,吸附量随吸附时间的延长先快速增大后趋于缓慢,并随苯胺初始浓度的提高而增大并最终趋于饱和;该分子印迹聚合物对苯胺的吸附类型符合Langmuir吸附等温式,吸附方式为单分子层吸附。
Using acrylamide as functional monomer, divinylbenzene as cross-linker and tetrachloro-methane as solvent, the aniline molecularly imprinted polymers were synthesized by the method of emulsion polymerization. The removal effect of trace aniline from water was investigated. The results show that the aniline molecularly imprinted polymers have better appetency and adsorption capacity for aniline. The adsorption quantity increases rapidly with time prolonging at first and then tardily, it increases with aniline initial concentration increasing, and is saturated at last. The Langmuir adsorption model can represent the adsorption type of the aniline molecularly imprinted polymers, and its adsorption manner is single molecular adsorption.
