In this paper the extended Cesaro operator Tg is characterized between the α-Bloch spacesβαa and the logarithmic weighted Bloch space βL on the unit disc. Some necessary and sufficient conditions are given for Tg to be a bounded operator or a compact operator from βL（βα） to βα（βL）.
