[ Purpose/Significance ] The index value of competitive intelligence is often depicted as fuzzy number, and how to effectively synthesize and identify the optimal intelligence is an important research topic. [ Method/Process] In this paper, the corresponding evaluation index system is constructed, and the interval number is converted to the number of links, and the decision is made by the ideal point method with the information generation process mechanism, fuzzy number and contact number. [ Result/Conclusion ] By establishing a comprehensive evaluation model we evaluate and rank four intelligence channels, and the relevant business executives choose the intelligence proposed by Consultant Company for the foundation of making decision.
